9 a.m. Body Awareness Featuring Body Recall Chair exercises.
10 a.m. Senior Aerobics Program Exercise and strength training senior style. Treat yourself to a 1- hour session of aerobics, strength training with bands and weights, and some chair exercises.
11:30 a.m. Chesterfield Senior Group Meeting An informational meeting addressing fun topics with refreshments. This program is usually held on the first and third Monday of each month. Note: Meeting schedule could change due to legal holidays.
1 p.m. Senior Book Club A monthly program of lively book discussions. Popular fiction, mysteries, classics and biographies are discussed. The program is usually held on the 2nd Monday of each month.

8:45 a.m Chair Yoga   Learn the benefits of yoga without getting on the floor. $4 drop in fee per person per class applies.
10 a.m. Senior Aerobics Program   Exercise and strength training senior style. Treat yourself to a one hour session of aerobics, strength training with bands and weights, and some chair exercises.
11 a.m. Craft Club   Seniors bring a variety of crafts, share patterns, fellowship, and enjoy refreshments.
11:30 a.m. Quilting   This program quilts for charity.
1 p.m. Mahjong   A  game involving skill strategy and luck for groups of up to four players All skill levels are welcome along with those wanting to learn to play. A combination of dominoes and rummy.
1 p.m. Bridge   Bridge is played.
1 p.m. Poker   Poker is played.
1 p.m. Wood Carving   Casual style carving using handheld tools
1 p.m. Pool   Meet at the pool table by the door for drop in billiards

12 p.m. Variety Card Games A variety of different games are played, including Second Chance and Golf.
12:30 p.m. Euchre The game of Euchre will be played and refreshments will be served.
1 p.m. Pinochle The game of Pinochle will be played and refreshments will be served.
1 p.m. Pool Meet at the pool table by the door for drop in billiards

12:30 p.m. Mexican Train (white) Dominoes An enjoyable game that is easy to learn. Come join the fun!

 

Monday

9:00 AM         Body Awareness          A slow paced chair exercise class featuring Body Recall exercises.

10:00 AM       Aerobics & More          Exercise and strength training senior style! This 60 minute class features 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weights,
                                                           resistance bands, and stretching.

11:30 AM       Senior Group               An informational meeting addressing fun topics. Coffee is served. This group typically meets the 1st and 3rd Monday.

1:00 PM         Book Club                   A monthly program with lively discussion regarding a variety of different literary genres. This club typically meets the 2nd Monday.
