1. Where are you located?
The Leisure Services Department is located inside of the Chesterfield Township Municipal Offices at 47275 Sugarbush (North of 21 Mile, and south of Cotton.) The Senior Center is also located in this building.
2. What are your office hours?
Leisure Service Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM
3. How can I obtain a program brochure?
Program brochures are published three-times a year in May, August and December. Brochures can be obtained at the Chesterfield Township Municipal Offices or can be downloaded at parks.chesterfieldtwp.org. These publications are mailed to all residential addresses within Chesterfield Township & New Baltimore.

4.How can I register for a program?
Registrations can be done three different ways.
- In person at the Chesterfield Township Municipal Offices during normal business hours
- Mail-In by sending the registration form and payment to:

(Only payments made by personal check or money order will be accepted for all mail in registrations)
- Online by visiting parks.chesterfieldtwp.org.
- Over the phone with credit card, utilizing your online account
We also have an after hours drop box located outside of the Municipal Offices. Drop box registrations will be processed when received by Leisure Services staff and may not be processed for several days. (Drop Box registration payments must be made by personal check or money order.)
5. Can I register for a program over the phone?
Registration can be taken over the phone utilizing your online account.
6. Do you take credit cards?
Leisure Services accepts credit card payments online (24-hours), over the phone, or in-person (during normal business hours.) If you choose to utilize this method of payment, there will be a convenience fee added to the total amount due.
7. Is there a service charge or convenience fee for using online registrations?
There is a fee associated with credit card use. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover during normal business hours. Cardholder must be present and show proper identification. A 3% fee with a minimum charge of $2 will be added to all credit card transactions done in-person. Our online transaction fee of 2.5% with a minimum of $1.95 will remain the same. When using online registration, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Convenience fees are not refundable.
8. Can non-residents register for your programs?
Non-residents are encouraged to register with us! Non-resident registration rates are published with the program details. Resident and non-resident registration dates will be found in the program brochure, under the program description, when necessary.
9. When is the last day I can register for a program?
We offer a multitude of programs with limited availability that fill fast! If you drag your feet on registering, you may end up on a waiting list. Conversely, if you postpone your registration you might miss a fantastic opportunity to learn something new. Class cancellations occur when there are not enough enrollees. DON’T DELAY, register right away!
